Ever since you sent this email, I have been puzzled as to what you mean. First, you mentioned a response which I did not send! When I sent the last email regarding talking to you, it was in regard to something I read in your blog about “Rita’s” encounter and I wanted to let you know that the same person reached out to me.
Just as your role in my life changed, I have evolved as well.
If you care to know what I was talking about earlier this year, let me know. I am in a treatment center and my ability to respond to messages is limited to three times a day.

Since you have now made a claim, which I deny, to the effect that my actions were the cause of your injury as well as an injury now claimed by “Rita” that I was the cause your injury and those claimed to have been sustained by “Rita”, I have notified my carrier as to your claim and provided my carrier with a statement as to the events of that date as well as the ensuing emergency room examination and treatment together with my understanding of the events leading up to the relevant time. It is my understanding that you will be contacted by the carrier’s representative in order for them to conduct their investigation.
If there are medical charges you contend to have incurred as a result of your claims, please provide same for submission to the carrier. Any other claims, such as current or future medical expenses, together with copies of all relevant medical records should be sent to me so that I may forward same to my representative for consideration and response.

Any correspondence regarding Coronado will be sent directly to you at either the dropbox or to the Coronado address. When the landlord asks for insurance, I will refer them to you. There will be no further email communication. I will submit my written resignation as Trustee and you may inform your Mom that she is the successor.
5) No need to worry about any more emails or for that matter requests for visits. You have made yourself and “Rita” very clear. Please tell “Rita”, the final promised payment is being sent via Fedex tonight, tracking number to follow. I wish her well.
6) Will send funding for these requests when able.
7) There is no tantrum only confirmation of earlier messages. If the Fedex package you are referring to is the car title, it will be sent to you as soon as I have it just as I have always said. Payment has been made as promised and the bank will send the clear title. It will be forwarded to you as has always been the case. Upon forwarding of the title, the existing insurance will be cancelled. The so-called trust violation is the final incursion across my own boundary.

I will put the lease app with the other lease for submission. The lease form did not provide that the landlord will be responsible for yard maintenance and I have requested them to make that change. Should be no problem. Will send bcc to you as the lease submission process is completed.

Thank you for a wonderful visit. The dinner was superb thanks to you. The evening was incredible, thanks to you. Breakfast and morning conversation were delightful, thanks to you.
As I will not be seeing you for a very long time, to me, and as communications will be sketchy at best, I wanted to simply let you know my thoughts on departure,
1) It is inspiring to me when you think I just might be on the right track about something. Without that inspiration, there is no de-crim project. For me to take on the world, I must be inspired or else there is no animus in what I try to do.
2) Since I look upon you as my animus these days, the revelation that I am not to be trusted by you and won’t be in the foreseeable future, was a huge punch and could easily have been a knock-out blow if I had let it. I fully understand, though I do not agree with, your belief that I am not to be trusted. I have never had success working with or having a relationship wherein there is an inherent lack of trust. Distrust is a huge issue, ask “Rita.” Nonetheless, I have committed to you and I have committed to the de-crim project and will see all things through to fruition, dark cloud notwithstanding. End of topic.
3) One day I met a wonderful person. She is still that same wonderful person and my feelings for her have not changed, nor will they.
