Lisa,
Any information you give me is confidential forever. So much so, that everything about your trust, llc and anything else, including but not limited to your emails are on a private portable hard drive that is either in my safe or on my person at all times. The reason I wanted to have the attorney/client agreement with you is just that. Nothing you say to me or vice-versa can ever be subject to disclosure through legal process. Read the case about DeGuerin v USA. The Fifth Circuit agreed with me that an attorney does not even have to reveal the names of the people who paid his fees. It is one of my proudest moments because confidentiality is a sacred thing to me. Now, the only reason I mentioned the two venues was just in case your birthday (I knew the month but not the day) was closer to one of those dates I thought it would be neat as a birthday present. Now that I know the dates, I will just have to think of something else for a birthday party. Key West?
If you ever lose your individualism, I am gone!
Percy
