Lisa,
When I first told you about the SS escort snafu, you said you would definitely be blogging on that topic and did. So, that was my “first” one. It is almost ironic that I was visiting a certain person that very night and we both laughed at the posting. Speaking of which, she is in fact laughing again so I think she would get a real hoot out the new post. So let the bontemps roulet.
As to the concern with revealing too much, the post does not go too far in my humble opinion. Please know that I am not concerned at all. Sometimes lawyers do overcomplicate and in case you did not notice, they also have trouble keeping their ego zipped up. I kinda like that the lawyer in the story turned into a pretty good guy, especially given that after his first marathon in search of the elusive Lisa, there was no more time wasting ;).
Thanks for keeping bubbles and crabs as our thing. I needed to hear that.
The ankle sprain is probably best left out since many folks have heard about that and the ankle is still somewhat swollen. If my acquaintances are reading your blog, they ain’t telling me about it, but just in case.
Chagrined works for me.
Let me know when posting occurs, I can’t wait to see my name in lights! Ha! In fact, a few minutes ago, I stopped by my Vietnamese nail salon and overheard a couple of women talking about ways to keep their dates’ minds off the boudoir. One of them said she found video games to be the ultimate time-waster. I almost dropped my iphone in the foot tub. Seems like we may be all reading the same material these days!
Calmness is a new and wonderful thing for me and I attribute a large part of that to you. The way you so masterfully explained that “time wasters” were just what normal people do when they come to know each other was the ultimate cure all to my former distress on that topic. Thank you for knowing life.
Percy
